Do unused free hours roll over?

No. Your daily design hours are reserved for you every business day, they are not metered. Think of it like holding time on your creative team’s calendar. This keeps your queue moving and our team focused on daily progress.

Is there a minimum purchase?

All plans start at 2 hours minimum.

How do I unlock professional service upgrades?

Plans with 4–7 hours include a Production Coordinator.
Plans with 8+ hours include both a Production Coordinator and an Art Director for full creative support.
You can unlock these upgrades even using your free hour, as long as your total hours meet the criteria above.

What happens after 90 days?

Your subscription will renew as usual; however, your extra free hour will expire.
Any unlocked professional service upgrades will also expire if your plan no longer meets the hour requirements.
You will have the option to continue your free hour outside of the promotion, so make sure any changes are adjusted before your renewal date, no exceptions.
