Creatives Are The Worst Episode 17: Martha Stewart

Updated Jan. 12, 2022 Published Jan. 28, 2021 1 Min. Read

On this episode of Creatives Are The Worst, we’re taking a look at the ups and downs of the hostess with the mostest, Martha Stewart!

Martha Stewart is one of the most recognizable media figures in American history.

Following a successful modeling career in her teenage years, and a brief stint as a stockbroker, Martha rose to fame in the 1980s to become the face of homemaking in the United States and around the world.

From there, a true media empire was born, with bestselling books, magazines, television shows, and merchandise all bearing her name.

However, her image as the perfect homemaker came unraveled in 2004 when she was convicted of insider trading and sentenced to five months in federal prison.

This week, we’re asking the question: Is Martha Stewart the worst?

👉  Creatives Are The Worst is Design Pickle’s new podcast, hosted by two of our very own creatives — Kate Rooney (our Brand Director) and Jess Guffey (our Director of Brand Partnerships).
